Thailand and Indonesia use lot of Medicinal Orchids, which have been detailed on our website. These are used in food, medicine as well as rituals and practices.
We have added scent notes of Xiaohuachaizigu or Luisia brachystachys. It is a tough, robust orchid distributed from southern Yunnan, Thailand, Bhutan, India, Myanmar to Vietnam. It is fragrant and 2 important chemicals found for perfumery application are not beautiful to smell, they are also used as nutrient and emollient for rheumatic pain. Plant is pounded to make a poultice for the treatment of boils, abscesses and tumors.
We just simple love the woody-aromatic scent of these transcendental practices. While designing this scent, we tried our very best to capture essence of these ingredients. Hope you feel the same magic of green herbs and rich mandarin as we felt while designing it.
