7th July 2020 - We have temporarily stopped all sales and production of Raffles Heritage. We are seeking few approvals from a Singapore Ministry and will restart sales as soon as possible.
Please accept our sincere apologies in the meantime.
Modern Singapore's founder, Sir Stamford Raffles' passion for the fauna and flora of the tropics has culminated into one of the largest and most impressive collections of natural history in Southeast Asia.
We bring you aroma of these wonderful plants to you as "Raffles Heritage™"
"Raffles' Effect" can be witnessed at Botanical Garden and Fort canning, which was the original site for botanical garden in 1822.
Sir Raffles had a deep fascination for the diversity and he discovered a vast number of plants and animals in this region. The Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research was established from Raffles’ ideals in the 1800s. Today it's called 'Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum' and houses the great zoological collection called 'Raffles Collection'.
We have taken some of these native plants and bring you "Raffles' Heritage" to honor his contribution to Singaporean and Asian flora.
Fun fact: Several plants are named after Sir Raffles, the most exotic of which is Rafflesia - World's largest flower with no stem, no leaves and no root! Unfortunately, we couldn't use it in our room fragrance. Smell it, if you want to know why!
